Ed Kowalewski is the Vice President for Business Development at the Center for International Business Acceleration. He joined after retiring from Global New York, Empire State Development Corporation where he served as the Director of International Investment Programs. He has a proven record of success in effectively encouraging NY-based businesses to enter or expand their activities in international markets. In addition, he has significant experience in attracting foreign economic investment in New York.

Ed’s broad-based experience includes business development, strategic marketing, leadership, and community/government relations. Ed has a Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies and a Master’s degree in International Business. He also holds a Diploma from George Washington University’s Federal Contracting Program.
