Grant Pollack is a Partner and Chair of the Intellectual Property (IP) & Tech Law practice group at Ballon Stoll, P.C., a general practice law firm in New York City. For over 30 years, Grant has represented organizations ranging from major corporations and government institutions to start-up ventures and solopreneurs, in intellectual property (IP), data protection, related litigation and transactions. Grant has handled thousands of IP matters, including Patents, Trademarks, Copyrights, and Trade Secrets for clients throughout North America, Europe, and Asia. His technical experience spans cybersecurity and telecommunications, climate technology, aerospace, artificial intelligence and robotics as well as healthcare related technologies.

Grant has lectured extensively on a wide range of intellectual property and privacy law topics. Organizations such as the American Bar Association, New York University’s Stern School of Business Administration, the New York State Bar Association, Binghamton University, and the American Corporate Counsel Association have sought Grant for his candor and unique comprehensive approach to IP practice and policy. Grant received his J.D. degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Yale University, and a B.E. in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Vanderbilt University. He is admitted to the Bars of New York, Pennsylvania, the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and numerous Federal District Courts.
