David L. Reed, Esq., is the President of Reed CNY Business Law, P.C. He spent nearly twenty years as an in-house counsel for international pharmaceutical and medical device companies (BMS, Bayer, ImClone, Osteotech, J&J), negotiating contracts and licenses, buying and selling companies and product lines, and resolving regulatory and employment matters. Since returning to Syracuse in 2009, David has grown Reed CNY Business Law by satisfying each client’s unique needs, whether they are a for-profit or not-for-profit corporation, involved in manufacturing or sales, and whether they are large or small.

He and his attorneys (from Korea, Turkey and Mexico) serve clients generally located in New York and many are the representatives of a foreign parent. David has been an Adjunct Professor for international business at both Syracuse University College of Law and Al Yamamah University in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. He earned his B.A. at Dartmouth College and received his J.D. from the Syracuse University College of Law.
