Heidi Andrew is the Director of Business Development at Phillips Lytle LLP. Heidi has been successfully advising global and mid-sized boutique law firms for over 25 years in business growth strategy, client and business development, marketing and communications and system infrastructure. Heidi assists Phillips Lytle in strategic business development planning, including guiding legal teams in developing practices and industry-focused efforts, as well as structuring systems to encapsulate the scope of client work and relationships.
Heidi joined Phillips Lytle in 2022, and assists the firm in client and business development planning and execution. With six offices throughout New York State, and locations in Washington, D.C., Chicago and Canada, Heidi’s role includes coordinating firm efforts and activities with domestic and foreign companies looking to do business in New York.

Prior to Phillips Lytle, she served in a variety of leadership roles including Chief Marketing Officer at a New York boutique firm and over a decade as Director of Business Development Operations at an AmLaw 50 firm based in New York. She has crafted and piloted strategies at firm, practice, industry, and partner levels. Heidi has helped her firms and the individuals therein build networks and design and implement business growth and innovation.

Heidi received her B.B.A. in Marketing and Business Administration from George Washington University, and resides in Westchester County, N.Y.
