Mary O’Malley-Trumble
Senior Location Executive for IBM Endicott
Mary O’Malley-Trumble is the Senior Location Executive for IBM Endicott. As Senior Location Executive, Mary oversees the management and operations of the IBM Endicott site that includes export regulation compliance, crisis management, employee engagement, and IBM representation in the community. Mary began her career at IBM Owego Federal Systems and held various administrative, financial and project management roles, and eventually served as lead for Navy Helo systems finance team. She has been extensively involved with forecasting, planning and operations throughout her career at IBM and Lockheed Martin and has over twenty years of leadership and management experience.
Mary is an advisor for the Binghamton University Thomas J. Watson College of Engineering and Applied Science and a member of the Binghamton University Forum. A 2015 graduate of the Broome Leadership Institute, Mary also serves as a board member for the Greater Binghamton Chamber of Commerce and was appointed as Secretary for the Chamber’s Executive Committee in 2018. She also serves on the Local Development Corporation (LDC) for Town of Union, the Binghamton Philharmonic Orchestra, and the Southern Tier Chapter of the American Red Cross, where she was named Board Chair in February 2017. She is a native of the Southern Tier, an avid golfer, gardener and traveler. She has a genuine love for animals, and concern for their health, happiness, and well-being.
Mary earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Liberal Arts/Political Science from Regents College, State University of New York in Albany and her Masters of Business Administration from Binghamton University, School of Management.
