Stephen Donnelly is the founder and President of Stephen Donnelly and Associates, a full-service and MWBE-certified marketing and public relations firm with offices in Upstate New York. For more than 20 years, Stephen has worked with thousands of clients across industries in both the United States and internationally. His marketing, public relations, and consulting work has been integral to the launch and growth of businesses, from casinos to battery manufacturers to recycling facilities, in Upstate New York.

In addition to his hands-on role as president of his marketing and public relations agency, Stephen is also a Town of Vestal Councilman, serving on finance and personnel committees. He holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and marketing from Messiah College.
